MEP Race Team 2024


The discovery of Self through performance.

The MEP Race Team aims to use movement as a team to bond, to push and support one another in the unique way endurance sport offers. Our training will bring us to the edge of these questions; Why am I doing this? Who am I? What is my purpose?

The team will have parallel goals; targeting performance while also exploring answers to the more meaningful questions along the journey as humans.

The MEP Race Team program will experience triathlon training, breathwork, meditation, coaching calls, and special training camps over our time together. Reaching our peak personal performance in a team setting, while cultivating who we truly are.

The program will being in March 2024 and over 6-months build to an Ironman 70.3 race, with shorter races, training camp and plenty of unique endurance mindfulness experiments along the way.

The mission of Mindful Endurance Program is inspiring personal growth through movement and connection. Swimming, cycling, running – intential endurance practices that invite the potential for us learn, evolve and find out who we really are, and our purpose as human beings and athletes.

Ryan Willms
MEP (Mindful Endurance Program) was started by Ryan Willms, as a way to bring spirituality and sport together. While diving deep into emotional work of his own, the parallel development of physical endurance not only supported this growth but the two complemented and helped each other, and so Ryan has begun developing a series of workshops and experiences where we can use the medium of movement practice to connect more deeply to our-Self and others.
