MEP Running Satsanga x adidas

For Spring 2025 MEP partnered with Adidas Running for a 2-month Half-marathon program. The group embarked on a journey of self discovery through running, balancing performance with inner exploration over a multi-episode documentary and featuring custom training and racing kits designed by MEP with Sean Bate.

Running Satsanga: Episode 3, 10km Time Trial

The latest episode of our Running Satsanga follows our 10km time trial, with only a few weeks until our half-marathon race. There were a few PBs as we raced around the Rose Bowl putting the Adidas Adizero Adios Pro 4 to the test, along with our new team kits.

Aside from the physical challenge of pushing our bodies, this distance brings a unique mental confrontation to the surface. Can I hold on, should I push harder, can I catch my teammate, how are they dropping me, am I on pace for my race target, why am I even doing this? These are the fun questions to dive into during endurance sport and then before you know it, its over and you're ready to go again.
